Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 am - 5 pm with weekend rotation.

Territory: Bloomfield Hills, Royal Oak, Farmington, Clarkston, Lake Orion, Waterford.

You'll perform personal care needs for your patient and attend to their requests promptly. You will effectively communicate the patient's condition and significant changes to the assigned supervisory nurse and inform the caregiver of any issues. You'll be responsible for all practices and duties within the Hospice Aide scope of practice as outlined by the state.
